Minato Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toranomon 1-1-12, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Tatsuto Kuramoto) is pleased to announce that our subsidiary has obtained a license for real estate brokerage (宅建業).

In order to expand our real estate business, we have identified the Kyushu region, particularly Fukuoka Prefecture, as one of our key areas for business development. Over the past five years, we have been developing the real estate business, including the development of apartment complexes in Fukuoka City. As the first step to further expanding this business in the Kyushu region, our locally established subsidiary has obtained a real estate brokerage license. With this license, we aim to accumulate a track record of transactions in both quantity and value, contributing to the growth of our real estate business as well as to the economy of Kyushu.
