Minato has started a fund business for operating leasing of vessels

Please be informed that we have started a fund formation business for investment in vessels.

We have been investing in solar power generation as one of important infrastructures that support the basis of society and have been forming and managing an investment fund for that purpose, and we have also registered fund organization for investment in vessels at the Kanto Local Finance Bureau in order to invest in infrastructures following the solar power generation and form an investment fund.

We aim to establish the investment fund within this year by making use of the operating leasing scheme to invest in vessels and cooperating with a charterer to conduct the business.

Minato Management will continue to develop investment businesses and a fund management business with a focus on projects that support social infrastructures.
